COVID-19 Updates

Stay Safe. Stay Calm. Sail On, Proas.

In collaboration with the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHCC) and the Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force, the College has continued to implement protocols to protect the health and safety of the entire Proa Tribe. These protocols have included mandatory vaccinations for students and employees, sanitation stations placed throughout the campus, social distancing practices, and other measures. 

COVID Update

The safety and health of the residents of the CNMI remain the top priorities of the Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force and the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation. With approximately 60% of those fully vaccinated having received a booster shot, declining COVID-19 cases, and the current COVID-19 Community Level, entry protocols will be updated.

In collaboration with the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation (CHCC) and the Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force, the Northern Marianas College has continued to implement protocols to protect the health and safety of the entire Proa Tribe. The Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force and the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation announce that the CNMI is in COVID-19 Community Level Medium. The safety and health of the people of the CNMI remain the top priorities of the Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force and the CHCC.

Free COVID Testing

CHCC will be administering FREE COVID-19 Surveillance Testing on Saipan at the Koblerville COVID-19 Community Center, regularly, for the following purposes:

Community-Based Testing

  • Monday - Friday from 12:30PM - 3PM
  • Saturday - Sunday from 8:30AM - 11AM

Travel Testing

  • Monday - Sunday from 8:30AM - 11AM
