Continuing its support for higher education in the CNMI, Aqua Resort Club Saipan has contributed $5,000 to the Northern Marianas College Foundation as a Gold Sponsor of the upcoming NMC Golf Open, scheduled for March 21 and 22, 2026.
“Aqua Resort Club Saipan is proud to stand behind Northern Marianas College and the students who are working toward their future,” said Sachiko Gerrard, General Manager of Aqua Resort Club Saipan. “The NMC Golf Open is a great example of how the community can come together to support education, opportunity, and long-term growth in the CNMI.”
The NMC Golf Open will be a two-day tournament with a registration fee of $250 per player.
“The NMC Foundation relies on strong partnerships to advance its mission,” said Ben Babauta, Chairperson of the NMC Foundation. “Aqua Resort Club Saipan’s support helps strengthen our ability to invest in facilities, programs, and resources that directly benefit students and the broader community.”
The tournament, which is the signature fundraising event of the NMC Foundation, aims to raise funds to build and equip modern, innovative campus facilities that will help expand the CNMI’s workforce development efforts, stimulate economic growth, and provide greater access to quality education for residents of the CNMI.
