The CNMI Department of Community and Cultural Affairs’ Childcare Development Fund (CCDF), in partnership with Northern Marianas College (NMC), invites parents, childcare providers, educators, and policymakers to join the 2025 CNMI Childcare Summit: Quality in Action on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (check-in begins at 8:00 a.m.).

Centered on the theme “Advocacy & Care for Strong Foundations in Childcare,” the one-day event aims to highlight how quality care supports early learning and development for infants, toddlers, and young children across the CNMI.

The summit will feature a Keynote Presentation on “Strong Foundations in Childcare: What Defines and Drives Quality,” followed by a Panel Presentation featuring leaders from the highest-rated CCDF Child Development Centers.

Participants can engage in targeted breakout sessions covering:

  • Healthy Eating for Families
  • The Father’s Role in Child Development
  • Supporting Skilled and Qualified Providers to Deliver Quality Childcare

A Roundtable Discussion will also explore brain development in early childhood education, giving attendees the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences that shape the quality of care in the Marianas.

This event is open to parents of early learners, childcare providers, educators, policymakers, and early learning advocates. Seating is limited and registration is required.
