Continuing its efforts to support higher education in the Marianas, Marianas Pacific Distributors (MARPAC) recently donated $3,400 in cash, in kind prizes, and beverages to Northern Marianas College for its upcoming golf tournament currently scheduled for Saturday, March 19, 2022.
As part of its commitment to higher education in the CNMI, Saipan Computer Services recently donated $3,000 in cash and $2,000 worth of golf gear to the Northern Marianas College. Their donation was made in support of the NMC Foundation’s upcoming golf open on March 19, 2022.
Seven high schoolers from the islands of Saipan, Tinian, and Rota will be headed to Washington D.C. this month to represent the Northern Mariana Islands at this year’s National 4-H Conference. The seven are Rownel Jody Coloma, Judy Bang, Rosabelle Surla, Jermaine Chloe Yalung, Kate Manglona, Ryan Nuera, and Remedio Dela Cruz.
In its ongoing efforts to further higher education in the Marianas, Pacifica Insurance is offering a $5,000 hole-in-one prize for the upcoming 17th Annual Northern Marianas College Foundation Open golf tournament currently scheduled for Saturday, March 19, 2022. The first lucky golfer who makes a hole-in-one at the LaoLao Bay Golf and Resort’s hole four on the East Course will win the $5,000 prize.
THE Western Association of Schools and Colleges-Senior College and University Commission has reaffirmed an eight-year accreditation period for Northern Marianas College, NMC President Dr. Galvin Deleon Guerrero announced Thursday.
