Docomo Pacific is the latest company to sign on as a Northern Marianas College ProaPerks Partner, joining many other businesses and organizations.

A Northern Marianas College student, Zihan Wang, scored a perfect 5 out of 5 to finish first Saturday in the island’s first chess tournament in over 20 years.  Time control for the five-round Swiss event was 5 minutes with a 3-second delay.

As part of NMC’s efforts to improve student services and programs, all students are asked to take a few minutes to complete the Student Satisfaction Survey that has been emailed to all students.

Northern Marianas College’s Cooperative Research, Extension, and Education Services was recently awarded a $197,690 two-year grant to train personnel to improve Forktail Rabbitfish production in the CNMI and the Micronesian region. 

Approximately 75% to 80% of the Northern Marianas College’s employees have been vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Commonwealth Health Center Corporation has announced that the COVID-19 vaccine will be administered this Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 8am to 12pm at Northern Marianas College on Saipan.
