Katrina Valencia, a 2023 Northern Marianas College nursing graduate, recently passed the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses or NCLEX-RN.

Recognized as one of the CNMI’s pioneering local entrepreneurs, Joeten's countless contributions to the Commonwealth were celebrated in a heartfelt gathering.
