The CNMI Innovation Incubator Program is continuing its mission to strengthen the entrepreneurial landscape in the Northern Mariana Islands. The program will launch its first of its series of strategic business training sessions on December 13, 2025, with a workshop on Business Planning and Strategy scheduled from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Multi-Purpose Center. This session will be facilitated by the Northern Marianas College Center for Training and Innovation (NMC-CTI).

The CNMI Department of Community and Cultural Affairs (DCCA) Childcare & Development Fund (CCDF), in partnership with the Northern Marianas College Center for Training & Innovation (NMC-CTI), successfully hosted the 2025 CNMI Childcare Summit, bringing together over 150 participants. The summit convened parents of early learners, childcare providers, educators, and early childhood advocates to advance this year’s theme, “Quality in Action: Advocacy and Care for Stronger Foundations in Childcare.”

Northern Marianas College nursing graduates Rheanie Valle and Ghessa Belnas have joined the ranks of many NMC students by successfully passing the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN). Valle is a member of NMC’s Class of 2024, while Belnas is a member of the Class of 2025.

Northern Marianas College (NMC) recently collected more than 300 canned and dry goods during its recent campus-wide food drive for the Proa Pantry. The effort, led by the Office of the President, the Associated Students of Northern Marianas College (ASNMC) and the Office of Student Activities and Leadership (OSAL), took place throughout the months of October and November.
