Bank of Hawaii (BOH), in partnership with the CNMI Small Business Development Center Network (CNMI SBDC) at Northern Marianas College (NMC), recognized five small businesses during the Bank of Hawaii Small Business Revitalization & Development Grant award ceremony.

Following the success of its Regenerative Agriculture Workshop Series and Mama Food Forest Lite, the Northern Marianas College Cooperative Research, Extension, and Education Services (NMC-CREES) has officially launched Agrowcademy, the CNMI’s first-ever Regenerative Agroforestry certification series.

Northern Marianas College President Galvin Sablan Deleon Guerrero, EdD, served as the featured plenary speaker at the 7th Annual Marianas History Conference, a three-day event that brought together scholars, educators, and community members to explore the rich cultural and historical heritage of the Mariana Islands. 

The CNMI Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network is pleased to announce the relocation of its Lead Center office from the Northern Marianas College (NMC) As Terlaje Campus to its new temporary location at 3290 Beach Road Plaza, Unit #11 on Beach Road, Garapan, Saipan.

Northern Marianas College recently honored six of its employees with the 2025 Proa Awards, recognizing their exceptional contributions, dedication, and service to the College and its students. Each year, NMC presents these awards to faculty and staff members who exemplify the College’s mission, values, and commitment to student success. This year’s awardees were celebrated for their professionalism, leadership, and unwavering dedication to the NMC community.

Fourteen students recently graduated from the Penn Foster Dental Assistant Training Program, a collaborative effort between the Northern Marianas College Area Health Education Center (NMC-AHEC), the NMC Center for Training and Innovation (CTI), the College of Micronesia–FSM’s Doctors and Dentists for Tomorrow program, and Penn Foster.
