Partners and volunteers of The Governor’s Council of Economic Advisers-Public Private Partnership program started the year by completing three community improvement projects. Northern Marianas Sports Association, Shirley’s Football Club/Shirley’s Coffee Shop, and Northern Marianas College completed adopt-a-median projects in high-traffic intersections on Saipan.
