Due to the continual increase of COVID-19 cases in our community, supervisors are still authorized to allow employees to telework and/or instructors whose courses are face-to-face or have face-to-face components to continue virtual/online learning through December 17.

Note that employees must secure approval from their respective supervisors in order to telework or continue with virtual/online learning, and students must await official notification from their instructors about any continuation of virtual/online learning.

Northern Marianas College nursing graduates Joann Villaluna, Kayla Tafoya-Sablan, and Sohee Yu have joined the long list of NMC graduates who passed the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses or NCLEX-RN. 

The college has recently received notification that an NMC student has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. Contact tracing activities are being conducted to determine the extent of the outbreak. Other safety protocols are being carried out by our Facilities team and other departments at the College. 

Avis Rent A Car is the latest company to sign on as a Northern Marianas College ProaPerks Partner, joining many other businesses and organizations. All card-carrying members of the NMC ProaPerks program can now receive a 50% discount on all medium sedan and SUV rentals.

Financial aid is available for new and ongoing students who are pursuing their college studies through Northern Marianas College. The spring semester for NMC begins with the first day of classes on January 18, 2022.
